He loves his Mickey! Here Mickey is joining us on an early morning run.
Blackberries along the running trail.
It’s difficult to see in the picture, but the guys are at the bottom of a somewhat steep hill. Baby Boy had started to run down it, but ended up rolling instead. He was fine, and thought it was great fun! (This was at the arboretum again.)
Splashing! You’ve probably seen the video on Facebook that John posted that goes along with this picture. If you haven’t, check it out. My favorite part is when he saw his reflection in the water and said “hi!”
He was not ready to go home!
Digging in the kitchen while stylishly attired in an Elmo shirt, diaper, and rain boots.
Resting on the couch with Mickey while watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
This past weekend we took Baby Boy for his 3rd haircut. This time John went with us. The last time I took him by myself and it was a disaster. He screamed and fought the whole time. It would have been easier to give a cat a bath. This time was so much better. John went with us, she only used scissors (not the electric clippers), and he was intrigued by the other children there. Anyway, here he’s happy as can be at his favorite restaurant, Chipotle.
After Chipotle, we headed down the street for ICE CREAM. He’s focusing so hard.
Afterwards, we took John back to his office to work on a Saturday night…until 10:45pm… Fun stuff right? But first, he took us to the top of his building to look out at Lake Union.
The Space Needle and Lake Union.
Then we walked down to look at the boats and watch the sea planes come and go.
A fun family outing!
Looking not so much like a baby anymore before church. After church John headed back to his office for another late night. Oye deadlines!
Relaxing after his busy weekend. He was watching more Mickey Mouse.
Nana sent him a new book in the mail. After looking it over, he wanted me to turn on the trailer to the movie that goes with the book, Planes.
Riding in the car to Gymboree. Looking cool with his “ga ga’s” on and reading a book his Grandma sent him. Checking the mail is very rewarding for him. 🙂
